How to use LookMOBILE
File formats:
1. File formats that can be viewed with LookMOBILE:
a. JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg)
b. Windows Bitmap (.bmp)
c. TIFF (.tif or .tiff and including TIFF files with Geocoding)
Open a file:
1. To access an image, click File -> Open, and then select an image.
Explore detail with a PDT lens:
1. To view image detail, enable a PDT lens by selecting Mode -> Enable Lens.
a. Move the lens
b. Resize the lens
c. Zoom in/out in the lens
3. Alternatively, you can set the lens mode by selecting Mode then Move, Resize, Magnify or Use MDLC Controls.
Make an annotation:
1. Select Mode -> Annotate to select and use an annotation tool. Tool options include: Line, circle, rectangle, and pushpin.
Pan the image:
1. Drag the stylus on the screen to pan the image.
Tools menu:
a. To zoom the entire image in select Tools -> Zoom In.
b. To zoom the entire image out select Tools -> Zoom Out.
c. To zoom the entire image to the scale displayed in the lens focal region, select Tools -> Zoom to Focus.
d. Select Change Pen Color to change the color of annotations.
e. Select Change Lens Color to change the color of the lens and lens controls.
f. To clear all annotations from the display, select Clear Annotations.
g. To clear the last annotation from the display, select Clear Last Annotation.
Save image with annotations:
1. To save your edited image in the JPEG file format, select File > Save Screenshot.
View latitude and longitude:
1. If a TIFF file contains geocoding, the latitude and longitude of a point within an image can be displayed
by selecting Mode -> View lat/long and touching the desired location in the image with the stylus.
Exit LookMOBILE:
1. Select File -> Exit.
Known issues:
1. LookMOBILE is not currently supported on the Motorola Q.
